This project incorporated green building with high end finishes, giving American National Bank an exceptional final product. From the immense stone entry tower to the nearly 1,000 square feet of photovoltaic system, this American National Bank meshed together almost seamlessly. Some of the green features of this project included a 10kw solar panel system, occupancy sensors that save energy through automatic lighting systems, an energy recovery ventilation system, high efficiency air-conditioning units, an on-demand water heater and all energy star rated appliances. Together, the teams of American National Bank, Evans Chaffee Construction Group and TAB Associates have built the American National Banks in Avon, Eagle and Carbondale. |

The Gatehouse at Bachelor Gulch is a log and stone structure built by Evans Chaffee to set the construction standard and create a unique mountain community ambiance. |

| Beaver Creek Landing |

Beaver Creek Landing is a 150,000 square foot, 52-unit condominium project at the base of Bachelor Gulch Village. This building is comprised of two separate pre-cast concrete and steel framed structures that are joined by a common underground parking structure. The owners and guests of Beaver Creek Landing can enjoy the many outdoor recreation facilities such as the pool, two spas,exterior firepit and the expansive snow-melted patio. Beaver Creek Landing is conveniently located at the top of the Riverfront Gondola and at the base of the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. |

| Country Club of the Rockies Remodel |

This project consisted of a remodel of the exterior and interior and a small addition for the Country Club of the Rockies club house located in the community development of Arrowhead. Total area improved by the remodel was 14,432 square feet. The project scope of work included demolition of all floor surfaces on the main level, the north patio terrace, portions of the roof system, porte cochere and exterior walls. In addition, the public restrooms and the club members locker room restrooms underwent a complete remodeled. |

This 5,500 square foot custom home combines beautiful custom woodwork with large stone fireplaces and unique design elements. It is set on the Gore Creek in East Vail. |

| Edwards Medical Center |

This medical facility is a 30,000 square foot steel/concrete building with extensive site and infrastructure work. It includes medical offices, exam/treatment rooms, radiology and extensive mechanical/electrical systems. |

| One Arrowhead Place |

One Arrowhead Place is a 95,000 square foot, 26-unit condominium project which completes the construction of Arrowhead Village. Comprised of two separate buildings joined by a common underground parking structure, the project was completed in 18 months while complying with very tight site constraints. The foundation and stair/elevator cores are cast-in-place concrete while the remainder of the project is structural steel and concrete composite slabs. Because of its close proximity to the bottom of the Arrowhead Chair Lift, lay down and site staging were extremely limited. Additionally, the Broken Arrow Café had to remain in operation throughout construction until it was able to be relocated to the main level of Building A of One Arrowhead Place. Some of the most notable features of One Arrowhead Place are the exterior plaza and the public spaces within the project. The Broken Arrow Café adds vitality to the plaza and the exterior fire pit and expansive snow-melted patio provides a much needed après-ski environment for Arrowhead Village |

This 4,400 square foot restaurant has only the best and most unique finishes, creating the exclusive ambiance of our mountain community. An amazing interior treats the senses to a myriad of visually stunning appointments; grand 22 foot high ceilings, hand-blown glass chandeliers, natural, rustic leather paneled walls, a mirrored stainless steel and glass bar and imported Italian Travertine Mosaic floor. You can choose between two distinct dining areas that allow for a warm and intimate setting. A chic and trendy 34-seat bar and lounge completes the room. It is situated directly between two chairlifts accessing Vail Mountain’s spectacular skiing and just steps away from world class dining and shopping. Originally, the property had an existing older home located on it which was razed so that the new home could be built. High end, mountain elegant fixed finishes such as tile, cabinetry, wood floor and granite countertops grace the interior of this 9500 square foot home. Complete with gourmet cooking appliances and a family gathering area, the kitchen is a stunning venue for a social event. The interior wood doors were custom carved to the owners’ specifications to add their own personal touch. Additionally, there is a high-tech multimedia theater room with an unparalleled sound system. |
