Organize and Sponsor a Kickball Team.

Cost per team is $350. Teams may consist of 8 to 12 people; at least 2 females are required to play. The team fee includes 10 t shirts and 12 breakfast tickets. If you would like to provide lunch for your team, you may purchase those tickets separately (you will need the energy, so please join us). The winning team will receive the coveted ‘ECCG Kickball Classic Championship Trophy’ for 2009, along with other prizes. The winning team will also be in the press release after the event, which will be sent to all local print and broadcast media. After signing up, a complete team package will be sent to you with rules, times, etc. within the first few weeks of August. Don’t delay – the team slots will go fast.

Donate Money

Due to the tremendous success of the event over the past years, many will recognize your company support. What better way to spend your marketing dollars than to help a worthy cause such as the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, while still receiving name recognition at a popular event! (If donating items, please contact us for a list of items needed).

Sponsorship levels are as follows:

Donate materials to be used at the kickball tournament: We are in need of paper goods, bottled water or soda, food for the pancake breakfast, or anything that can be used for a raffle or silent auction.

Pancake Breakfast:

7am

Kickball:

8am until there’s a Champ

Lunch:

11am

Bronze ~ Materials or money donation of $150 - $500

• Receive (8) ‘all you can eat’ breakfast tickets

• Noted as bronze sponsor in press release

Silver ~ Materials or money donation of $501 - $1000

• Receive (15) ‘all you can eat’ pancake breakfast tickets

• Space to hang your banner on the kickball field fence

• Noted as silver sponsor in press release

Gold ~ Materials or money donation over $1001+

• Receive (20) ‘all you can eat’ pancake breakfast tickets

• Space to hang your banner on the kickball field fence and/or the pavilion

• Noted as gold sponsor in press release

• Name on kickball tournament t shirt (if contribution rec’d by August 1st)

Platinum ~ Materials or money donation over $5000+ (limited to 2 sponsors)

• Receive (20) ‘all you can eat’ pancake breakfast tickets

• Space to hang your banner on the kickball field fence and/or the pavilion

• Name on kickball tournament t shirt (if contribution rec’d by August 1st)

• Space to hang banner in prime location

• Company name and mission statement mentioned on the loud speaker during event

• Name mentioned in radio and TV ad
