One Arrowhead Place is a 95,000 square foot, 26-unit condominium project which completes the construction of Arrowhead Village. Comprised of two separate buildings joined by a common underground parking structure, the project was completed in 18 months while complying with very tight site constraints. The foundation and stair/elevator cores are cast-in-place concrete while the remainder of the project is structural steel and concrete composite slabs. Because of its close proximity to the bottom of the Arrowhead Chair Lift, lay down and site staging were extremely limited. Additionally, the Broken Arrow Café had to remain in operation throughout construction until it was able to be relocated to the main level of Building A of One Arrowhead Place. Some of the most notable features of One Arrowhead Place are the exterior plaza and the public spaces within the project. The Broken Arrow Café adds vitality to the plaza and the exterior fire pit and expansive snow-melted patio provides a much needed après-ski environment for Arrowhead Village
